[ARCHIVED] State Route 202 to Be Repaved from Snoqualmie Falls to Boalch Ave NW

Beginning Sunday, June 6, contractor crews working for the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) will repave sections of State Route 202 (SR 202) between Snoqualmie Falls in Snoqualmie and Boalch Ave NW in North Bend. 

This work will require segmented and alternating single-lane closures with flagger-controlled traffic during the following dates and times through September 2021. 

  • Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. 
  • Weekday nights from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. 
  • Weekend nights from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

WSDOT reports that approximately 12,000 vehicles use SR 202 along this four-mile stretch each day. This project will include replacement of worn roadway and installation of curb ramps at intersections to maintain access for people of all abilities.
