The City’s popular Big Truck Day returns on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, from 10 a.m. to noon at Centennial Fields Park, 39903 SE Park Street. It's an opportunity for kids to experience big trucks, equipment, and big fun. Kids are welcome to see, touch, and sit in the trucks and equipment. Sensory-free time will be available during the event.
Big Truck Day is geared for kids ages 1-10 and gives them an opportunity to imagine while pretending to operate big rigs. Kids can navigate a variety of vehicles, from public service and emergency to utility, transportation, and more – all in one place.
Hold the Horn will be a sensory-free time from 10:00 to 10:30 a.m. designed for kids who find sights and sounds a bit overwhelming. The Big Truck Day location -Centennial Fields Park - is now also home to an expansive, all-inclusive playground.
