Filing Deadline for the November General Election Is May 15-19

Snoqualmie, WA – Candidate filing for the King County general election, which will be held November 7, 2023, is May 15-19. The City of Snoqualmie has four City Council position terms expiring at the end of 2023, including Position 2, Position 4, Position 5, and Position 6.  

To become a candidate, individuals must complete and file a Declaration of Candidacy; meet the qualifications for the office at the time of filing; and be registered to vote in the district. Snoqualmie City Council Member candidates must be registered voters and have also lived in the City for at least one year. Read more about candidate filing on the King County Elections website
