September 25, 7 pm, 38624 SE River Street and via Zoom

The City of Snoqualmie is holding a public hearing to discuss the intent to designate the residential component of the Snoqualmie Mill property as a residentially targeted area for a multifamily housing tax exemption. This site is generally addressed as 38800 SE Mill Pond Road.

The Snoqualmie Mill is a private, multi-phase, planned commercial/industrial, and mixed-used development project situated on a 261-acre land parcel owned by Snoqualmie Mill Ventures, LLC. The site was formerly home to the Snoqualmie Lumber Mill, which closed in 2003. The proposed project includes multifamily housing situated on the upper floors of mixed-use buildings.

Those who are interested are encouraged to provide oral or written testimony to the City Council at the hearing. Written comments or requests for copies of the draft resolution should be directed to the City of Snoqualmie, P.O. Box 987, Snoqualmie, WA 98065, Attn: Community Development Dept; by email at CommunityDevelopment@Snoqualmiewa.gov; or by calling 425-888-5337.

An agenda, packet materials, and a Zoom link to join the hearing virtually will be available on the City website no later than Friday, September 22, 2023.
