Public Invited to Participate in Development of City’s NEW Parks and Open Space Master Plan

In its ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality parks, trails, facilities, programs, and events, the City of Snoqualmie is in the process of creating a new Parks, Recreation, Open Space, and Trails Master Plan that will offer strategies and policies to meet the needs of current and future residents.

The long-range Parks, Recreation, Open Space, and Trails Master Plan will provide a roadmap for the City to prioritize projects and funding; develop and improve programs; and create a future vision. The plan will also make strategic recommendations, as well as identify short and long-term goals, for the City’s Parks Division. 

Public engagement is key to developing this Parks, Recreation, Open Space, and Trails Master Plan to ensure the plan is citizen-driven.  In addition to upcoming community events and workshops, residents are invited to provide feedback using recently launched interactive tools including an online survey, idea sharing and park priority platforms, and an interactive feedback map.
