[ARCHIVED] Washington to Move into Phase 3 on March 22

Governor Jay Inslee announced today that as of March 22, all counties in Washington will move into Phase 3 of the Healthy Washington: Roadmap to Recovery.

Phase 3 allows in-person spectators at outdoor venues – including sports venues with permanent seating – at a capacity of 25%. It allows for 50% occupancy or 400 people maximum, whichever is lower, for all indoor spaces, such as sports venues, restaurants, gyms, movie theaters, and others.

Masks and social distancing practices continue to be required.

Read more about what is allowed in Phase 3 at www.governor.wa.gov

Governor Inslee also announced that starting Wednesday, March 17, everyone in Tier 2 will be eligible for a COVID-19 vaccine.

More information about COVID-19 vaccinations, such as who is included in Tier 2 and where to locate vaccinations, is available at www.coronavirus.wa.gov in many languages.
