Role and Responsibilities
The City Administrator serves as the chief administrative officer under the general direction and authority of the mayor. In this capacity, the administrator is responsible for the City’s day-to-day operations and the coordination of work among all departments and programs.
Leadership
City Administrator Mike Chambless has 20 years of management experience, eleven of those years at the executive level in Parks, Public Works, and Recreation. He holds a bachelor's of science degree in Natural Sciences with a minor in Industrial Safety from San Jose State University.
