[ARCHIVED] Snoqualmie Firefighters Respond to Fire on Fairway Place

Interior Fairway house Fire

On June 6, the Snoqualmie Fire Department responded to a two-alarm fire at 11:30 p.m. that destroyed a house on Fairway Place. The house was unoccupied and under construction from damage sustained in an accidental fire last August.

Two firefighters had minor injuries, and one was taken to the hospital. More than 40 firefighters responded to the fire.

Assisting the Snoqualmie Fire Department were the Bellevue Fire Department, Eastside Fire and Rescue, the Fall City Fire Department, and the Woodinville Fire Department.

Neighboring houses on both sides of the Fairway Place house sustained damage.

Snoqualmie Fire Chief Mark Correira said the incident has been handed off to the King County Sheriff’s Office Fire Investigation Unit and is still under investigation.
