[ARCHIVED] Learn How to Save Lives and Protect Property in Post-Disaster Environments

CERT classes are taught by a partnership between the Snoqualmie Fire Department, Eastside Fire & Rescue, and community volunteers. All classes take place at the Snoqualmie Fire Station, located at 37600 SE Snoqualmie Parkway. 

  • Saturday, March 30, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
  • Saturday, April 6, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
  • Saturday, April 20, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
  • Saturday, April 27, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. (final drill)

Participants will learn techniques in fire suppression, search and rescue, and disaster psychology. They will also learn medical operations, including triage techniques, patient assessment, and treating life-threatening injuries. The course concludes with a disaster simulation and drill.

The course fee is $25 per person and is fully refundable upon completion of all classes. The fee includes equipment, a student manual, and CERT kit (Field Operation Guide, hardhat, safety vest, backpack, goggles, gloves, flashlight, whistle, triage tape, and hand-sanitizing gel).
