2. Snoqualmie Fire Dept. & Emergency Management Community Emergency Response Team [CERT] Program

   Fill out and submit this form to reserve space in the 5-week Community Emergency Response Team [CERT] program. Program cost is $35, but fully refundable with the completion of all classes. Participants must be 18 years of age and older.
