[ARCHIVED] Potential Expansion of Snoqualmie Community Center/YMCA

Interactive Element Is Emphasis at Community Meeting

Are you interested in learning more about a potential expansion of the Snoqualmie Community Center/YMCA? Please participate in the upcoming Community Meeting where you can provide your input and recommendations.

The meeting will be on Sunday, June 9, 6-8 p.m. at Cascade View Elementary School, 34816 SE Ridge Street in Snoqualmie.

Following a presentation by Mayor Matt Larson, residents will break out into small groups to engage in conversations about the expansion from a variety of perspectives.

Illustrations of potential expansion plans – including an aquatics facility – will be displayed.

Tweens and teens are encouraged to attend to provide input. Younger children are welcome and there will be coloring sheets to keep them busy.

Free sandwiches, cookies, and beverages will be available.

More information about the potential expansion is on the City of Snoqualmie website at bit.ly/SnoqualmieCCexpansion.
