Do you want to become more involved in your community? The Civil Service Commission is seeking a candidate to fill position #2 for the term expiring 3/31/26.
The Civil Service Commission ensures equitable treatment of fire and police officers by the City; adopts rules and regulations; and performs the duties and exercises the powers of the commission in accordance with state law.
The commission is made up of five members who serve four-year terms. Commissioners are eligible for re-appointment. Meetings are held the first Wednesday of each month at 5:00 pm.
